Massachusetts Association of Teachers of Speakers of Other Languages (MATSOL) is a professional association of educators of English learners in Massachusetts. Our members include educators in PK-12 schools, adult basic education and workplace programs, and institutions of higher learning. Our mission is to promote excellence and equity in the education of English learners.

MATSOL is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, so we rely on the volunteer involvement of our members for the success of our programs and initiatives.

MATSOL is an affiliate of TESOL International Association and a founding member of the Language Opportunity Coalition.
